looks like french lavender... is it an annual or perennial... Hope you don't mind me asking what part of the country are you gardening in? you have a terrific garden.

Hi Lori: It is Spanish Lavender, "Otto Quast" - I put them in about 3 years ago and planted them about 1 foot apart, in the fall I cut them back and they are stunning now, as you can see. Barb

I wanted to do this EXACTLY on the side of my house underneath a wall of windows, I bought all the lavender and then four people (all men) told me not to that it would get into the house foundation. Is that true? :-(
