Planted before we went on holiday, was surprised to find it flowering when we returned, one from Morrisons.

Thanks all, I like the little tuft in the middle, so far has about 8 flowers.

Yes I was about to say that I like the arrangement of the pistils and (I assume) stamen! What I like best is the colour...it's blue! Does it stay blue or does the colour change with age? I'm making a note of this one...It's a must have! Great pic, DD2!~

There are about a million Clematis varieties...I'm really partial to blue...and there aren't that many true blue plants...This Clem is a lovely colour and a very interesting shape...great combination. Hope I can find one over here.
