Digging the neighbour's garden

Digging the neighbour's garden

This one for Bjs - Ken is so thorough, he picks up each lump and breaks it up looking for bindweed bits! Together with bramble its a bit of a pest here

that patch of cleaned & gleaned earth is superb, just look at the contrast from what is was, you certainly earned that cup of tea balanced on the wall. Now, what plans & ideas have you got when planting time arrives ? we'd love to know !! Great inspirational photo. Hot long soak with a glass of your favourite later I would guess eh ?

Not much luck on the bath bizzyb, its the knees you know, we both suffer! Still my OH enjoyed a long hot shower, he did the work after all, I just supplied the tea and water.
As for the plans the neighbour asked and he loved the ideas, but decided on turf. I think he prefers a glass of the favourite instead of weeding! Shame really, as he couldve had lots of plants from us and the ground is great cos his father used to grow veg in it, particularly potatoes but he died back in 2006.

He does love digging, says he can think of other things while he doing it...all of it non-gardening thoughts apparently!
