A hardy Pelargonium!

This is Pelargonium sidoides.
Yes, the flower colour is nearly black and yes, it is hardy down to around -10c. You need good drainage (which is why it is on my raised beds). Last winter saw the plant die back completely, but it grew back from the roots, like it would if it was burn't by the annual fires in its native South Africa. If you get the chance to buy one, then do so: it will not disappoint you!
