lovely, I planted loads last year...not a single flower yet :(

These are only in view when I'm near the rotary line ! Really should move them later.

I fear my garden is just too claggy for most bulbs, although there are better drained areas where they can thrive, where the builders left a lot of sand!! I should have planted them there! Perhaps I'll get some more and try again! They are so pretty.

Throw some grit in the planting hole first and sit the bulb on top of it. Can only help ! Pouring down here since about 5 o'clock. : o (((((

Poured down all bloomin day here and more forecast for tomorrow....still...nothing I can do about it...rain+clay=flood! sigh!

We're hoping to visit an Autumn Show/Game Fair on Saturday, but the weather and how OH feels will determine if we do go. Hopefully dry on Saturday, wet again Sunday. : o ((((
