This is the area we are hoping to grow a lawn. Lots of challenges, altitude, rainy season, prolific weed growth. But I'll give it a shot.

Good luck with the weed control! It can be a nightmare and of course rainy season just escalates the growth of weeds! You sound very determined to work at it...you'll get there!
