Olive

I saw olive trees pruned like this in the garden centre with a price of 2100€ so I thought I´d have a go!

And it looks great....I think they call it cloud-pruning, don't they?

I don´t know Janey, it´s just that Sam likes his olives from a jar & I haven´t yet found a tree that gives its fruit filled with anchovies !!! lol
