Markhamia zanzibarica - Bell Bean Tree

This little tropical tree grows and blooms well from spring - fall. It's not very common in San Diego, CA. I'm hoping one day it'll produce seed pods! Photo taken Oct. 1, 2010.

I would be interested if this tree is grown at Kew. This tree is very rarely available for sale here. The only Markhamia species which are commonly available are: M. lutea and M. zanzibarica var. 'aurea'.
