It's a very boring back of the house as the shop is at ground level...I'll see if I can get some decent photos. There is no balcony at present but it's a dream of mine to have one.

Natch my dear..might have an "open" day next year myself, tho nothing as grand as a YB, I couldnt stand the strain..besides Ive nothing special to show unlike Daisy's lovely jungle, or Spritz's miles of ramblers and clematis (of which Im totally envious)...G&T's, coffee and teas..and of course your entry fee Whistonlass...Toffee, Apple & Cream Cake..Yorkshire, you too and that yummy cake..and I might murder an apple crumble big enough to feed a half dozen! Bjs and P together with Jamie and Henry too Spritz..wont have much garden left with those two having fun! lol!!

Could be arranged....possibly....maybe....I do like your garden (oh, I've already told you that!...lol). The mind boggles....doggies everywhere...Spritz on the chase to rescue his garden....lol

I I were to do a balcony/terrace it would be much higher than yours so I'm not sure if it would be practical....expense-wise or height-wise as it would be on the 1st storey (that's I think what you would call 2nd floor?). I can see now how you painted your concrete...it does mute it to look more pleasing alright.
