Shoofly flower?

I am still not sure of the identity of this plant. I grew it from collected seed and I will collect seed again this year as I am not sure if it is perennial or not.

These are poisonous apparently they have been putting it into birds seed thats why it's spreading so much ,I've been seeing it everywhere just lately ....
