There is nothing more satisfying than making a meal out of your home grown produce, this was delicious. Deseeded peppers with tomatoes garlic capers and lots of olive oil roasted in a hot oven served with warm crusty bread mmmmmm O and courgettes.

Yummy.....I can vouch for your courgettes (thank you....made delicious zucchini loaves and GOY members have taken my recipe) :)
