Unknown Berries

This is the first year I have noticed the berries on my neigbour's tree, over-hanging the top of our garden. Only taken 24 years!!

Similar to Elder Tog??

Could be Black Elder (Sambucus niger)

Could be Janey, thanks JB. Will have to take another shot of the tree, pehaps it will easier to identify.

There are dark-leaved forms of the elder, including variety, 'Black Beauty'.
