Rosehips drying for winter tea

Hi Amy. Put 5-7 dry wild rose hips in a flask add boiling water 200ml and close it tight and wait 3-4 hours after add honey, lemon or nothing at all if you fasting its natural source of vitamin C, good for spring as well.
