They move on very quickly do you remember they were just showing through the ground when you saw them.

yes I do! thats amazingly quick. What I discovered when I saw the small plants is that you really have to get up close and personal..gives a whole new perspective and I do notice my smaller plants more now.

I look forward each year to them, strange as it may seem they are the start of a new year of flowers for me,my small bulbs will continue flowering each month now until may 2011

There is plenty i don't know, but what i do i am more than happy to share with every one.I started collecting alpines and small bulbs as far back as the late 1960's sometimes it makes me feel real old.
