I like to try a few challenges at times, and this is definately one. Several years old now, and it's already worn out two old hair dryers!!!

Meanie - no idea which one - I did know, but lost the label, because Derek (my late friend) used to swap them around. We did have fun together - oh well.

I'd take a punt that it may be a variety of C.trichototum maybe.......

A little more research and I've come up with Clerodendrum Magnificum.

Seems to grow very well in Hawaii!

I imagine it would do well in all sub-tropical latitudes and some tropical ones too.

Nice one Jason! I've posted a fair few photos of my C.ugandense over the last year and I wouldn't dream of trying to overwinter it outdoors! Which one is this?
