Hi Anncee, I didn't realise you were a Canadian friend of WL.
It is such a great site as it links people all over the world.

Anncee and I are long time friends from school days. I've stayed on a busy road and am developing my back garden for some peaceful retirement hours while my friend is enjoying her new life of retirement on the Sunshine Coast of B.C. Me jealous...well maybe a tad! lol
Garden is looking great! Lots of colour left yet, Anncee. You must put up a photo of your pooch. Lots of doggie lovers on here. :) Welcome to GOY...glad you could find us.

Linda...it's another nice reason for us to be connected...I think the www is a most wonderful addition to our lives for keeping us in touch. Almost an imposition these days to have to use Royal Mail. lol

I agree WL, it is so quick and you can say just a little, and write as you would talk.

That photinia looks wonderful in that black pot. I've a couple of black pots like this...about the same size, but mine have dwarf conifers and ivy in. The colour here is beautifully picked up by the rose in the background. Lovely!
