One of these days I should be able to take the wire off, but he only grows about a centimetre a year despite having been repotted and cossetted.

Nice to hear from you all and glad you like the kitty. Looking back on what I said about it, I can now say that it has started to grow a little faster.
It took a bit of time, but I put it down to the fact that I repotted it last year and added some slow dose fertiliser.

I shall put up another photo when it becomes garden centrepiece size!
