Thanks! They're considered one of the most ornamental fan palms in the world.
All Pritchardia species have this tomentum on their petioles and fronds. The tomentum can be very messy when pruning the fronds though. I know this first hand...as I have 3 species of this Pritchardia.

Thanks! To the left is a Pritchardia minor and in the background is a Dictyosperma album - Hurricane or Princess and Rhopalostylis baueri - Norfolk Island palms.
