I don't know it was one of those odd looking plants you get from the gc that was only £1.99 but we have left it and its got bigger and now flowering.
All it said on the label is spaghetti plant

It look very closely to Sansevieria cylindrica. Sansevieria is very widely grown as a landscape plant here. I've had some on the side of my house since the first month I moved in (7 years ago)...they're bursting out of their containers now.
