Amp planter produces food!

My unusual amplifier planter's sweet potato vine has produced a nice potato this year! The spud has worked itself to the soil surface somehow and looks pretty robust.
The soil in the planter is Rabbit Hill Farms brand organic potting soil and the vines are still looking good despite the cold nights that would normally kill off sweet potato.
