Excellent - I would like to see more banana skins though. How do the worms get in, looks like a box.

What Lies Beneath...
Through holes underneath, and it's slugfree. Banana skins are in there, the layer beneath I believe.

Got a proper composter now. Thanks to my business taking off, I've bought the house next door, and having everything done over (started this week).

But the one thing that excited me most, was getting a proper composter.
This one worked great though, you could see the progress slowly taking shape, which is always nice in any venture.
The next thing that excites me, is a water butt.
I'm easy to please and like the simple things.
Less is more.

Cluelesskev, you must have many female admirers, your appreciation of decomposing vegetation and aquasystems is commendable. Wait until 12 months time when you can dig your hands deep into the compost, raise to your face and exclaim - mmmmm, ahhhhhhh, beautiful.

hehe, I turned my compost bin at the weekend - a definite hint of lemon in the fragrance :o)

I am just a 'small man' in this great world.
I've experienced many a worm in my time.
One thing I always rely on when embarking on a new adventure, is a 'recce'.
The recce is done, and now the 'plan' has been put into place.

I have no time/fear of/need/for female admirers at this time.
It's all good.
