Magnolia virginiana 'Moonglow'

Magnolia virginiana 'Moonglow' (Magnolia virginiana (Sweetbay magnolia))

This one probably could get to 30-40' in the southern US but I don't think it will get much taller then 20' where I live. This variety is more cold hardy than the species and more of an upright grower too. It still has all of it's leaves even though the temperature has been in the single digits. The flowers have a nice fragrance and can last a couple of months.
