No this is extension to old garden, garden is over 30 years old, my total garden is approx 2 acres, I live in a very rural area in west of ireland on a farm so no boundry. I keep adding on all the time. I think this is last extension, as I am the sole gardener, I live with people who admire it but thats the sum of their imput.
Lets hope the IMF dont cast an eye on it.
