Hi Paul Her name is Fluffy and she's 19 . Not got a lot of energy now but she's been examined by the vet who said she was doing well considering she was born with a heart murmer, and has got a bit of arthritis . we lost her sister about 18months ago, they were born from the same litter.

Aww...Fluffy is a lovely old lady :) Our cat, Sheba, was 19 yrs. old and the same colouring as Fluffy when we had to have her put to sleep. I hadn't heard of it before, but she got dementia and it was such a sad decision. The vet said because she was such a small cat, despite her years, there was no known way to treat her with medication.
I hope you still have a long time yet to enjoy Fluffy, Lins.

How strange. .... I had a cat called Fluffy, the exact same colouring as yours - except her fur was very long.
She lived to be 22 yrs old :o)
I am told these torties are the longest lived cats !

As I told you before, my parents have a cat exactly like your Fluffy. She's 10 years old now. I'll upload a few more photos of her for you :)

Thanks Moti,Jacquie, Hywel, Olive and Tommy. Thanks to all of you for your very kind comments. Sorry to hear about your Sheba Jacquie, It's heartbreaking when something like this happens isn't it. She did well reaching 19 though didn't she? ~ Wow Hywel 22years old, that sure is a ripe old age isn't it. She must have been lovely and healthy to live to that age. ~ Thanks Tommy' I'd love to see them.

Thanks Elsie. Have you had the snow today, we've had quite a few heavy showers and it did give us a covering, but luckily it melted soon after, but looking at the sky here now, it's absolutely full of it. Just hope we dont get too much. I did hear on TV that Norwich has had quite a layer. Are you that far down ?

hi Lin,i am on the edge of norwich & so far we`ve missed the worst of it, just had a few light snow showers but it`s not really settling...it`s very cold though & all my cats are snuggled in their beds!
