Snowy Beach

Wow the beach has disappeared lol, I was watching the other night on tv how in Germany they go batheing in this, they reckon it heals you as from past history of a German man who never left the house he was ill when he did he bathed in the icy sea on the beach which cured him.
Reminded me of the cure which Florence Nightingale took the cold wet bath, where they have icey water poured over them, then wrapped in a wet blanket for an hour, then go for long climbing walks in the country and it cured her.

Dont think i will be trying that for my aches and pains lol..... errrr just the thought of it....

I know Holly sends a shiver down the spine does nt it. lol
