Found a few more late summer pics. He gazania amazed me every year, living through the first gentle frosts and continuing to bloom if the temp rises again. Fantastic things.

Thank you. I love the stripe gazania's, especially the stripe varieties. They are very tough to my climate, which surprises me, and very dramatic as long as they are given a sunny spot, only open in the sun. I tried zinnia this year as well and think I will love them too, once I find that perfect variety. Those I tried this year had small though sturdy and colorful flowers. I know there are larger bloomed varieties.

That's quite something Joseph. Almost looks too perfect to be real! I like some gazanias too, and this year i discovered Zinnias, which are also lovely and flower for ages. I'm definitely going to have another go with them next year.
