My Ocidium 'Sharry Baby' is blooming very well now. It's flower spike isn't as large as when I originally purchased. Photo taken Dec. 12, 2010.

Thanks! The flower spike isn't as large as when I purchased it. However, it wasn't raised in a heated greenhouse with lots of fertilizer.

Not to mention a computerised light and humidity regime!!

Very true! It makes a huge difference too.
When I get my orchids and other plants situated in my lath structure in the front yard...it may make a big difference.
