Amaryllis 'Cherry Crush'

This is a real beauty! A real stunner! :-))

I've been growing Amaryllis since 1981 when I was given my first one. I got about 50 to flower this year that I grew over 4 years from my own saved seed. I've posted a blog with a few of them.

I've added this one to my Favourites, too!

I have to look for your blog about the ones you started from seeds. I never started any from seeds. I think I'm going to look into it.

If you have the patience, & space, they are very easy to grow from seed. If you read my blog, Amaryllis seedlings, I think it is called on how I did it - with no help or advice from anyone - you should have no trouble. I seem to recall a lady followed my steps & got some seeds to grow. I don't know what has happened to her as she hasn't been online in months.

Good luck if you do try! It took me 4 years to get them to flower from seed.
