No TT this flowers every year, not meant to be hardy but it's survived these last winters, but, but, it's Cornwall. Hate to keep saying it. I do think if given a protected corner & plenty of mulch, fleece, etc. around its bottom you may keep it. Of course it does flower in the winter so you don't realy want to lose its top growth.
