From Seals to ducks to beer!!

I am off for my walk now not much to do here.They said on the news last night that there was a sighting of Hump Back Whale off our coast. Well I have the camera with me.So with a bit of luck we could be adding a Whale.

That will look like a jolly big duck!! (ok, so enough of ducks, have posted a pic of some though!)
Look forward to a whale photo, never seen one myself.

No luck with the whale, but I did see a goldfish at the pet shop.

Oh john, Lulu will be asking what it looked like, the goldfish I mean, should have taken a photo of it and put on here, no telling what she would think it was,

Yorkshire of course she would know the difference,between a whale and a goldfish.

don't be so sure John, she didn't know the difference last night between yorkshire puddings and profiteroles.

But the whale is gray with a hump.

yes quite, and profiteroles are served with cream, yorkshire puddings are served with gravy, need I say more.

am waiting rather impatiently for my husband to finish work and then we'll be off, with our 3 dogs who sadly aren't otter hounds (actually rather glad they aren't!)

Back now and yes I was good and no did'nt take binoculars! We had a fab time. 1st day spent collecting slate for mosaics and sunday spent on beach near Dunster which was the most amazing medieval village. will post pics in a blog. So good to get away, we met really nice people and the pub was brill and the dogs behaved and it was Sluggy pups 1st holiday! she got 9/10 (she lost a point for sneaking under our duvet in the middle of the night!!
