Better weather on the way (so they say), and I have ordered us all a heatwave for summer!!

Just come off the phone to our daughter in Aussi, it's been 40deg. all week and 45deg. today, she says its unbearable. The water in their pool is 30deg. ~ too hot to swim in, so they've just got to sit and look at the water and 'wish'.

Thanks Homebird. Luckily our daughter has been lucky, the floods etc. didn't affect them, but her brother in laws wifes mother has been flooded . It must be heartbreaking when this happens. When you think of how hard we have all had to work during our lives to get to where we are, and it has taken such a short time to wreck peoples homes.

It doesn't bear thinking about does it Homebird. I feel so sorry for them all, theres things that can never be replaced isn't there, thats the most upsetting thing.
