Look what I bought

Look what I bought

Two Soft Shield ferns, Polystichum setiferum and four red Helleborus orientalis, all for half price. I wanted three ferns but they only had two. They are all part of a planting scheme that I saw in Gardener`s World magazine.

Tetra, I was so lucky to get the ferns as I wasn`t even looking for them at the time. I was just having a look round before work when I saw them and realised they were the exact ones from GW mag, the same with the Hellibores too. I think I was just in the right place at the right time! :o)

Shirley, if the planting scheme DOES work out I`ll be so pleased, I just can`t seem to get the right balance in one of my borders so hopefully this will help a lot. :o)

I know what you mean Tetra, I tell myself all sorts of things so I can justify spending money on plants....none of them particularly good but I carry on regardless...lol! :o)
