aloe vera

This really is a useful plant. In my job I get all sorts of cuts and scratches and the aloe really does help heal them. When I get a baby plant grow through I`m going to pot it up and give it to my daughter. My grandson has excema and it really helped soothe his itchy skin.

I have it's juice for abdominal cramps. It tastes foul lol but works wonders :o)

you can buy pure aloe juice in holland and barret....its amazing stuff and lets your plant grow a bit..;-)

On a holiday once in Gran Canaria, a lady in the open market was selling stacks of the Aloe Vera gel to sunburnt tourists. I agree, it's very soothing and should help with eczema. : o )
