lovely colour ,Amy.I think I am going to have more things like this in my long border,as it looks a bit bare till the perennials get going..and boring..!

They give a nice splash of colour when there's not much else about Sandra ,it's worth having one or two :-)

I always forget how useful heathers are early in the year, must get some for my new woodland bit.

I only have a couple Dawn they are set in my circle round the sundial they give a little winter colour when theres not much else ... they would look nice in your woodland setting :o)

You're right Amy, they are excellent for early colour. I remember back in the 80's when they were so popular set with horizontal conifers.
