This gives a lovely display I have it, its just started to come, later than last year, perhaps its the cold weather we ve had.

I have a blue Macropetala, had it 4 years now and it's splendid......doesn't mind the shady spot it's in or the high winds. Will take a pic of it when it's in flower, it's so pretty, as you say 6d, it gives a fab display, it's like a blue waterfall.

Thanks 6d, buds on them already! All planted up now, well one of the clems, the other I will plant tomorrow when I have thawed out!

Hope you have planted deeper than the pot also at 45 degree angle they grow better and survive better that way, I keep peices of roof slate on the foot of each one they like keeping cool.

I did 6d! I will put something over the roots as it's a bit of a sunny spot!!

Rhyme roots in the shade head in the sun, if it flowers before spring prune next spring if it flowers summer/winter prune after flowering

It will soon be in flower it's got lots of buds just hope it isn't too soft having been 'brought on' in a polytunnel.....pleeeze no hard frosts!
