Dendrobium fimbriatum (var. oculatum) (Dendrobium fimbriatum)

Taken in the lily house at Oxfords botanic gardens yesterday. Native to Nepal, India and China.
The red flower in the background is Quesnelia liboniana.

You have got to be kidding me!!!!
The first time I went to buy a Phal Orchid......they wanted 70euros...and still in most florist shops they are very expensive. You can buy them for 15euros if you know where to go...even Lidl's has great prices. They try very hard to rip us off over here.

I've actually gotten many orchids for free from neighbor's and friends. :>)
