Firewheel tree is another winter flowering tree. There's several planted around the lawn bowling area in Balboa Park (along with the newly planted Hong Kong Orchid trees). Photo taken Mar. 3, 2011.

Yes, it's also the official tree of the Rotary Club in Queensland, Australia (where it's native).
