Thanks Paul.That Ivy started life in an indoor flower arrangement...and I wanted something to help cover the wall...Not a bad investment :o)

Its a very high wall,as there is a Bowling green behind it.
The black walls are the tell tale signs of the pollution from our industrial heritage,the textile Industry.I decided to try and clothe them with Ivy,and to the right of the photo,you can just see a couple of leaves of another Ivy.I am hoping they will meet this year.

So do I,Motinot..nothing beats dry stone walling..lasts a lifetime..such a skill too.We have lots of them here...
