At least they will have a better chance,Cinders.It has forecast it to be cold again at the weekend.If it is bad,I can always bring some of them back in to the Conservatory as that has a grow house in it as well !

Yes it is Ydd,sorry.!It said it would drop by 10 degrees on Saturday,,and I agree..Bugga Lol.Absolutely gorgeous today,and so warm,got loads done..and being able to sit outside for lunch was great..knackered now,and promised to take our Grandson to the swings and fed the ducks....and they are coming here for tea too..!! Probably fall asleep in my dinner..Lol.

How spoilt are those plants? You are giving them so much TLC that they are sure to grow well for you. : o )

I ache quite a bit, Sandra as I was there for 3 hours, with a 20 minute lunch break! She wouldn't let me do any slacking ... lol! Hover mowed & edged front & back lawns, re-discovered the edge to a tiny circular bed, got on my knees with a pair of scissors, yes scissors, to cut round the seven circular stepping stones! Re-shaped a biggish Pittosporum, bagged up all the prunings, job done. Now, when shall I send her the invoice? : o )))

Well,Mum certainly got her money's worth...scissors? ..that is dedication,Shirley..You don't have to send a bill.do you ? I think cash in hand,no questions asked,would be better...just knock your 20 minute
tea break off the price..:o))

He got 3 laps in 3 different Classic British cars. I'm thinking of doing the same for my 60th in a few years ... lol!!

I don't see why not Shirley..We are allowed occasional 'other' category anyway..Still tired today,so haven't been out..got all the buns made,and iced...I made 50,but there are now 48,as we had to have a tester! Well,I don't want to embarrass my Grandson in front of his mates,do I ? :o)

I had to brave the supermarket with Mum this morning. Usually avoid Saturday food shopping, it was so busy. : o (( In my days of baking small cakes for lunch boxes, I always made them in a dozen or twenty four. Always remember when there were only ten out of a dozen once and OH said to think metric ... lol!
