I think I can see a little space behind it, in the border, for a little blue pulmonaria? Or a hardy geranium perhaps?

The first Hosta I ever bought came from a village 'Open Gardens' day years ago ... it's been divided into 3 plants and still comes back annually! That has to be my bargain of the century ... lol!
