The Bottom garden 03.04.11

Looks very neat and tidy Annella, lots of colour too.
Know what you mean in the process of cutting back all my phormiums, such huge plants and have 9, every ones brown after last winter, hopefully they'll recover,1 is showing new growth fingers crossed for the rest, its what to do with all the rubbish though.

I've dug up dead shrubs and cut bushes back hard, lots more rubbish than other years

I can see you've had a good clear out, but it still looks brilliant! Looks dry too, like you said a couple of weeks ago. You'll be needing some rain so probably no bad thing it rained!

Not for long enough though Karen and it was a nightmare to weed. You can see the dry clay, it looks so muck better after a good downpour.

Made a good job, I love clearing a garden after the winter......
