Yes one has his tag on that he wears all the time (except for bedtime) and the other is a half choker for walks, am thinking of getting a 'halti', as he does tend to pull a bit, he is getting better you just have to be firm with him!

I think most dogs pull a bit when they're young, SK, but you're right to consider trying a 'halti' type of trainer. One little dog at our training classes was a real nightmare but the halti controlled him beautifully and gently.

I agree that Halti's are an extremely good thing.

I used to have very large dogs and when they were young they wanted to 'pull' all the time we were out but the Halti allows for a really beautifully controlled dog without any cruel choking or 'you' having to constantly check the dog - no pulling at all :-)
Brilliant invention !

I have to say that the first few wears are a bit frightening for the dog because it's such a very alien thing for the dog to have on, you need kind words and patience when introducing your dog to it !
