Tulip

Lovelies :))))

When the two youngest were still at home I used to tell them that the fairies lived in there and that if they were quick up the garden before the tulips opened up they would catch them asleep inside. Of course they never did get there quick enough. But the youngest is training to be a teacher (nearly finished) and she took tulips in to do a science investigation with her very young children, 5/6 year olds. She told them the story about fairies living inside them and she said their faces were an absolute picture. Funny how things get passed down isn't it!

That is a lovely story for little children...your tulips are looking very nice...I have red tulips that are just starting to open.

Your garden photos are showing lots of promise as things grow and mature :)

I love orange flowers they always seam the most happy and cheerful :o))

They are on the side of the house wall and they are really bright and very cheerful. Hope I can keep them for another year.
