Madagascar Dragon tree is very common here in San Diego...it's a very drought tolerant shrub or tree to more than 20ft/6m tall. Photo taken in Old Town San Diego, CA.

This plant is a very common house plant here, also.
Practically everyone in my neighborhood has at least one in their yard...it's because of the drought tolerance.
