I stood under it, its huge, must be quite an old tree.

Yes I heard they are slow growing so must be old.

It looks lovely with the blue sky,Grandmage..my neighbours is just opening,and its a lovely cerise pink in bud..right outside my side lounge window! How lovely is that? My poor neighbour can only see it from a bedroom,so I get all the benefit :o)

Oh,thats a shame Grandmage..nothing worse than having
non gardeners next door ! do you get lots of weeds from their garden,or is it paved ? We are lucky here,as they all have nice gardens..:o)

Oh Bloomer dont start me off !! LOL. We get all their brambles coming under the fence so they are deep rooted, they are such a pest and it creates so much work. Never mind soon new people moving in so we are hoping they will be gardeners!!
