I have seen this quite large in shade in Glasnevin. Much better soil than with me.

I had a non gardener in the other day doing a 'tour' of plants for evergreen interest and low growing. When I showed her my Heuchera 'chocolate ruffles' she said it looked like curly Kale! I suppose it does too!
