Flowers of Red Robin

As you know, I adore clematis, but you know, this idea of calling a series of them "I am".....whatever name is really really daft. Who'se going to call a plant "I am Red Robin". There are several of them and it's irritating me quite a bit, in fact I probably won't buy "I am Lady Q" even though I love her....I mean, what is wrong with "Lady Q" ? Ooops, sorry, rant over Cinders!

Well I am inclined to agree with you, but I have to say I didnt look at it like that. I just thought of it as Red Robin. Do you feel better for the rant Karen? Hope so.

Not as hot as at yours here clearly! Still lovely and comfortable to sit in, but a little warm for edging the lawn, which is what I just did!

Yes, should look good in a year or two, I hope. There are some buds on it, so will post a pic when they come out
