wow, this is beautiful ~ does it grow in the sun or shade?

Mine is nearly in flower. Can't wait for it to flower.

It's in sun until about 3pm, Sticki. It's great when they come out, isn't it, Clarice? I thought mine was late!

I think it flowers like this from gratitude, Daisy. It was rescued from an old man who had it in a small wooden tub - never watered and hanging on by it's toenails. I think it couldn't believe it being planted in open ground and just took off.
