Lol Brian and Sixpence if only you could see it, the camera really does tell whoppers! It's really about 80% moss and I sink down about an inch when I tread on it but it doesn't require mowing too often and looks sort of greenish so I leave it to it's own devices. The "grass" is about twice this length plus a gravelled area so the front garden is a bit bigger than the back. It's nearly all evergreen shrubs Sixpence so very low maintenance :o))

Best kind of grass to have then Lily don't blame you with the ever greens, gardens are to be enjoyed not to slave over.

How right you are Sixpence. I put a lot more effort into the back garden with plenty of bedding plants etc, it's nice to have a different look back and front :o)

Lovely lot of space for a front garden,That lawn puts mine to shame.i don't call mine a lawn just say it's grass and mixed greens.
