Alex, We have to grow them as annuals,and current ones are still to be planted out .best we can manage is about 16c at the moment .Am i right in thinking yours are perennial in Corfu.

Yes Brian....they are perennials here. I let the seeds drop and have more this year.

Delonix, it's the daisy that grows on the side of our roads. (the lighter ones)
I wish I had my camera today....I took pics with my mobile but they didn't come out that good.
The thermometer hit 33C today. It's fantastic, I love this weather.

That's pretty hot! We've had temps up to around 100ºF/38ºC so far this spring. I'm not looking forward to the hot weather which should be here soon. Yesterday, it was 81ºF/27ºC today is going to be cooler and even cooler tomorrow...according to the weather people.
